  5. Chill for thirty minutes to an hour.

2. Rainbow Unicorn Dip

What You Need

  • 12 ounces of plain cream cheese
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup unrefined sugar
  • 1 tsp regular sugar
  • Red, blue, yellow and green food coloring (you can choose whichever colors you like)

Directions

  1. Start by adding all ingredients together in a bowl. Leave out the food coloring.
  2. Blend all ingredients. You can do this with a blender or by hand with a whisk. Mix until well blended.
  3. Separate mix into four even portions in smaller bowls.
  4. Add food coloring to each bowl in small increments. Stir it in and add more until the mix is the intensity of color that you like. Do this with all four mixtures and all four food colorings.
  5. When you’re finished, combine all mixtures together and stir.

3. Unicorn Popcorn

What You Need

  • 6 cups popped popcorn (do not use buttered popcorn)
  • Pink food coloring spray
  • ½ cup pink candy melts
  • ½ cup blue candy melts

  • Pink and blue sprinkles

Directions

  1. Using two cookie sheets, disperse the popcorn evenly and spray a light coating of the food coloring spray. Turn the popcorn over and spray the other side too.
  2. Take your ½ cup pink candy melts and melt them in the microwave in thirty-second increments, stirring each time. Repeat for thirty seconds until mixture is smooth.
  3. Repeat this process with your blue candy melts.
  4. Lightly drizzle both colors of candy melts on your popcorn and toss on some sprinkles. Allow the finished side to dry, then repeat with the other side of the popcorn. If you need, reheat your candy melt mixtures.

  • Rainbow sprinkles
  • Candy pearls

Directions

  1. Melt your white candy coating in the microwave, stirring every thirty seconds until smooth. Lay out evenly on a wax- or aluminum-foil covered baking sheet (about .25-inch thick).
  2. Melt your colored candy coating each in their own separate containers. Again, stir every thirty seconds or until smooth.
  3. In random order, pour your colored candy coating over your white candy coating. Use a small object such as a toothpick or knife to create different swirl patterns in your bark.
  4. Add your sprinkles and your candy pearls.
  5. Refrigerate your bark for at least thirty minutes. Once cooled, break into pieces and serve.
